  I purchased a jet master fireplace that burns wood many years ago from jet master castlecrag. The unit has been very successful and I’ve used it most nights in winter. It is far better than the brick fireplace I had before
  Today I went to jet master to get some advice on the damper as it had become loose.
  To my amazement and delight Hieu Tran sraightaway came to my house which is about 10 minutes drive away and fixed the loose damper which is a difficult process
  I am amazed grateful and happy to have received such amazing after sales service from Jetmaster Castlecrag and Hieu Tran in particular

  People who work there think that the general public are stupid..we had an issue with this heater as we do almost every year with the initial ignition & the flame staying on once it finally lights... On asking the sales person about these issues he advised needs to be serviced every year at a cost of $ 220- $250 + parts what an absolute scam!!! He advised you service your car every year why this different ??? Last time I looked this was heater which is probably only used 3-4 months of a year ... (so the 12 month warranty that comes with these units is a effectively only a 3-4 month warranty by the next time you decide to use it & doesn't work your warrant has expired..They must really think people are stupid I don't service my gas stove or gas hot water system or even my stand alone RinnIa heater which was a 1/4 of the price every 12 months that has been running for seasons fault free ....What the don't tell you is the pilot assembly is the main fault (design fault) I have purchased a new pilot light assembly for a 1/4 of there call out fee itself & had a plumber friend fit this now working fine ...for the $4000 - 5000 for these heater units unfortunately they are not worth it at all would not recommend these or dealing with this agent either in Castlecraig. ..disappointing product & the people as well !!

  I purchased a jet master heater from this store. The salesperson showed me all the amazing things it could do with timers and remote control and told me it would heat up an area of the showroom floor similar in size to my area. Once installed, the model did not have a remote control. I didn't bother as I guessed I just purchased a bottom of the range model. But then winter came and I noticed that it wasn't heating the area so I went back and mentioned this. The response was "it only heats up 50sqm and it won't work in open plan". That was it - no offer of a solution or attempt to work out how we could improve the heating. So be careful - the heaters need to be in a closed area it seems otherwise I guess they are purely decorative. As I'm just about to renovate, I was actually open to purchasing a second more effective model, but the response was so short and the body language of the salesperson was so negative (leaning on a wall, shaking his head) I'm going somewhere else!
